Your future is in the hands of two people— God and you.

The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 4:7-8, “Isn’t everything you have and everything you are sheer gifts from God? So what’s the point of all this comparing and competing? You already have all you need” (The Message).
I’ve chosen Him as my Financier. I’ve chosen Him as head of my household. I’ve chosen Him as head of this ministry. And I still have to choose Him moment by moment.
Paul before his conversion was not meek. Proudly and brutally, he apprehended all Christians and sought to destroy them. He was bigoted, selfish, and vaunted.
They weren’t cheated; yet, they resented that other people who only worked the last part of the day were given the same amount. Instead of enjoying their pay, these workers resented it.
If He lives within us, mercy will temper our relationships with our fellowmen. Jesus had an unselfish heart.
There’s just no two ways about it. If you want to live a life of blessing, you’re going to have to make your words agree with what God says. Not just for a few hours or a few days, but all the time.
You must know that righteousness benefits you and not God. Likewise, if you want to live a life of sin, it is you who will pay for it, not Him. Staying away from sin is for your own good. What are some of the rewards of righteousness?
He took on your pain and promised to walk through life with you and give you the hope of heaven.
