In a biblical context, specifically as taught in Wednesday morning services at World Changers Church by Pastor Creflo Dollar and other grace-focused ministries, "falling from grace" does not mean falling into sin. Instead, it means falling into legalism—the attempt to earn God's favour through your own performance, works, or keeping the law.
Trusting in Self vs. Trusting in Christ: You fall from grace when you stop relying on what Jesus has already finished and start relying on your own efforts to be "right" with God.
The "High Ground": Grace is considered the "high ground." When you shift your confidence back to religious rules or rituals, you have "fallen" from that superior position into the bondage of the law.
